Vaccine Strategy Dialogue in the Post-Pandemic Era

Against the backdrop of the ongoing global impact of the pandemic, a high-level policy dialogue on vaccine strategies among the 21 APEC member economies was convened in Taipei. The workshop brought together senior government officials, Centers for Disease Control experts, and representatives from academia and industry to address key policy topics.

From Process to Reliable and Controlled Conference Delivery

As the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO), Asia Concentrate was responsible for international stakeholder coordination and comprehensive conference execution planning. From pre-event cross-time-zone coordination with the United States, presentation confirmation and rehearsals, to on-site process control and time management, we applied standardized operating procedures to ensure accurate and consistent delivery across all stages.

On site, we integrated venue configuration, seating arrangements, registration and reception workflows, bilingual interpretation, technical systems integration, as well as catering and traffic flow management. This created a clear and predictable conference rhythm, enabling policy discussions to take place in a highly efficient, low-disruption environment.
